GREAT Project / New Entrants Network
Gloucestershire Regenerative Environment and Agriculture Transition (GREAT), was a three-year project, funded by Thirty Percy, to boost the transition to farming methods that restore the soil, water and air.
I led the GREAT New Entrants strand of work and successfully:
Mapped activity across the sector.
Collaborated with other actors to fill gaps for new entrant provision (part of the steering group that identified the need for The Agroecology Learning Collective.
Designed 19 Wix pages in line with the original website driving new visitors to the site and including an opportunity board (the pages are no longer active as the project has continued as part of Emergent Generation)
Organised knowledge sharing events and managed an opportunities board.
Piloted a programme of 1-1 support for New Entrants.
Wrote a piece, summarising the strand of work.
Case Study Film about Sandy Hill Farm, Matt & Laura’s new entrant journey and created cut downs for the Emergent Generation audience
Compiled the project evaluation - based on project scope and predicted outputs and outcomes.
