A diverse network of young people working together to build an agroecological food system and regenerative future.

During the 2020 lockdown I initiated time critical research around youth employability in horticulture and designed a test programme around the job of fruit picking with a team of 10 young people aged 18 -20, at a soft fruits farm.

As part of my work at FarmED, I helped to develop a new programme around integrating new enterprises and people on farms.

Part of a small team spearheading phase two of a new partnership, focusing on strategy & project development, creating space for the many regional voices dedicated to creating a sustainable food future.

I created a series of short films about seasonal jobs to support a new innovative app service ‘Seasonaljobs.io’ which aimed to match job seekers automatically to seasonal jobs and permanent job opportunities.

Gloucestershire Regenerative Environment and Agriculture Transition (GREAT), was a three-year project, funded by Thirty Percy, to boost the transition to farming methods that restore the soil, water and air.

With support from WWF, I designed and delivered a campaign workshop at FarmED designed to up-skill 20 young farmers, growers & food sector actors to deliver their messages about nature-friendly faming with impact.

I developed a 3-day Study Tour for participants to learn more about agroecology and regenerative agriculture in the field. An opportunity for people to expand their networks and share knowledge with peers.

Integrated Local Delivery (ILD) is a proven approach to tackling climate change at a local level. I produced a film that introduces the ILD framework and the key role of the facilitator who brings together local stakeholders to scope risks and opportunities at a landscape level.

Before pivoting my career, I was a TV Producer / Project Manager of digitally integrated commercial campaign content for broadcast on TV, Cinema & Social Platforms, working with brands inc. Go Daddy, O2, & Macmillan at a senior level.
